10-12 Self: Designed and built for the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Company a prototype motorcycle engine low pressure oil system. This was based largely on principles and practices in aviation that eliminated wear on their piston skirts and reduced engine noise.

84-06   Miami-Dade Fire Rescue: 22 years, 17 years in management as a Lieutenant. Expert at Tactics and Strategy; Predictive problem mitigation; Training emphasis as a Mass Casualty Incident Commander, Hurricane response plan coordinator, and Hazardous material incident Commander in rail car fuel spills. Trained by People’s Gas to fight propane tank fires, trained by Turkey Point as an Incident Commander for Nuclear Plant fires and leaks. Trained by FPL on Diesel/steam power plant operations.

*One of 50 Paramedics nationally selected to do the FDA premarket approval field testing of cardiac thrombolytic drug ReoPro for Centocor which was later sold to Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY) and Johnson & Johnson Corporation NYSE: JNJ).

* The fifth person in Miami-Dade Fire Rescue history to receive a Medal of Valor.

95-97   Sealab Industries: Designed and engineered two air valves for SCUBA and Aerospace, (U.S. Patent #5,560,738 Scuba Ascent Valve, Emergency Resurfacer. October 1st, 1996) The second valve was a high pressure seal now used by United Technologies in aerospace.

95-96   Florida Marine Patrol: Auxiliary police officer, Aviation unit helicopter co-pilot, Marine unit SCUBA diver.

90-93   Kimura International: Aircraft mechanic; Helicopter flight instructor, aircraft refueler, Japanese student liaison and English tutor.

91-93   Aerotechnica Aerial Photography: Aerial Photo & Videographer, Photo Lab Technician, Produced legal exhibits to scale for attorneys, IE: Florida vs. William Lozano murder trial. Expert witness in aerial surveys.

88-91   Gold Coast Helicopters: Helicopter mechanic and overhaul specialist. Bell -47G, Aerial photographer, Designed and fabricated custom 4×5 camera, floating gimbal, and gyro mounts specifically for Bell-47. Exchanged 25 hours of maintenance for 1 hour of flight time.

84-86   Hialeah Model Builders: Architectural blueprint reader and scale model maker. Fabricated Sales Center miniatures for Arvida Country Club, Boca Raton, and the Commodore Plaza high-rise on Biscayne Blvd and Venetian Causeway, Miami.

1985- Self: Purchased and self managed a small apartment building in Ft. Lauderdale.

82-84 Sportsrooms Racquetball Club- Worked directly for 72’ Dolphins Tim Foley and Bob Griese at their sports club. Started with janitorial, building, and workout equipment maintenance, then gave fitness classes on stage and worked at the “Shape Shop’ as a Physical fitness trainer. Was promoted to 2p to midnight close Manager in charge of the club. (Job during A&P Tech school)
