Green Energy Learning Centers (Proposed)
Alternative and Renewable Energy Management Courses will enable students to explore the exciting fields of Solar Energy, Alternative Energy Safety, Wind Energy, Geothermal Energy, Hydrokinetic Energy and Managing an Alternative Energy Project. Emphasis is placed on communication skills, global awareness, management skills, critical thinking, construction, environmental regulations and requirements.
Culinary School (Proposed)
In our two-year Culinary Arts associate degree program you’ll learn classical techniques, as well as develop critical thinking skills within an integrated front-of-the-house curriculum. You’ll receive hands-on education in food production, while developing professionalism and proficiency in cooking, cost control, nutrition and sanitation. You’ll learn advanced techniques in classical/international cuisines, garde manger, patisserie/dessert and a variety of international dining room services.
